Retirement of Palestinian citizen Wadah Khanfar (Al Jazeera CEO) who has headed the TV-channel since 2003 is surely a significant event. Yet, one has to have a really superficial concept of Al Jazeera’s true nature for tying this resignation up with Wikileaks, publishing the classified cables of the U.S. Ambassador to Qatar — and the absolute majority of Russian (and the global) media swallowed that bait. It’d be even more naïve, believing Khanfar’s resignation to have something to do with his alleged ties with the CIA or with the mythical American requests to change the contents of a number of information reports, covering the U.S. campaign in Afghanistan. Way too many events, surrounding the TV-channel simply do not fit such statements...

Wikileaks has declassified one more American diplomatic dispatch — according to it, relations between Libya and the USA have been clouded by «Libyan nationalism in regard of resources, its policy directed towards the increase of Libyan state control and its share of hydrocarbon production incomes». Dispatch also reported that the USA has to point out the «obvious flaws» of this approach to Libya, which seemingly has been done.

During the last 15–20 years non-governmental organizations grew quite popular. They are considered to be the mouthpieces of public opinion, promoting the development of civil society. In fact, however, major part of them has turned into the extension of the state structures. If we have a look at the addresses and report contents of their spokesmen, we’ll get an impression that they work straight for the U.S. State Department. It turns out that they are not much of a democracy or civil institution promotion factor, but rather the disrupter of political situation.

They bring the ideas of the U.S. government in life, under the cover of the state itself. Receiver is an NGO, and such is donor, yet, the origin of the money is the federal budget of the United States of America.

We’ve seen that the revolutionary propaganda was largely waged through the social networks in the Internet. Since 2008 and throughout the first mass strike organized in Egypt, Facebook and blogs have been widely used to instigate the protest sentiments, inform about the meeting spots of demonstrators and broadcast the news from the site of action. Then an idea, how to overcome their compatriots’ fear to act, occurred to activists: it was necessary to collect a million of Egyptian signatures for the petition for democratic reforms. Signatures were collected at the web-site with excessive security measures and located in the USA, where the petitioners had to leave their personal data, including the passport number, telephone and e-mail. Generally speaking, this was an ideal way of creating a database. As Sherif Mansour from Freedom House put it later: «The idea was to show million citizens that they have risk-free way of interfering with the politics». On the 6^th of June, 2010 yet another event launched the enlivening of revolutionary activity in the Internet. Blogger Khaled Sayid used Internet from a café in Alexandria to post a video, exposing corruption. Police arrested and tortured him.

No one has ever been going to hide the fact that it is rather the Alliance than the rebels, who wage the war. Rebels report that the attack at Tripoli was carried out in close coordination with the NATO forces. Of course, they specified neither the exact NATO units engaged, nor the degree of the «coordination». Even the most frivolous interpretation of the UN Security Council sanction won’t allow the opportunity to start a ground operation. The latter one — its pointed version — has most likely taken place.

On the 5^th of August, at about 5 PM police discovered the body of Andrzej Lepper, founder of the Samooborona RP party, at its head-quarters. All the circumstances pointed towards the suicide. That was the tragic end of the brightest political career of the post-war Poland — from an ordinary employee at the Plant Protection Stations in an outback Gorzeń to the post of Polish Deputy Prime Minister. Samooborona RP Party he created was the third largest political power in the country. At the presidential elections 2005 Andrzej Lepper gained 2 million votes.
