The dynamics of musical needs of young people shows that it is in the bard creative musical vacuum formed. Suffice it to analyze the repertoire of the Youth Forum Seliger in recent years, and we see that the fire of our young contemporaries are singing all the same set of the late 1970’s and 1980’s: «But everything goes according to plan», «bending guitar yellow», «change, we are waiting for change» etc. Such a pathetic attitude to the hits, at least two decades ago due to lack of banal new authorities and new voices. And, just possibly, the fact that for too long our young people are not going for a fire.
